SPA TREATMENTS & NAIL SALON VISITS

Shower using gel-based body wash the night before your appointment, do not shower day of! ABSOLUTELY NO DOVE SOAP! Avoid using bar soaps, cream-based body wash, high pH shower products, in-shower moisturizers or any products containing petrolatum, petroleum jelly, mineral oils, or parabens. These products can neutralize the DHA bronzing reaction or leave a residue creating a barrier that the tan cannot penetrate through, causing streaks.
NO LOTION/DEODORANT/BARRIERS DAY OF
Keep Your Canvas Clean on Glow Up Day! Avoid using any lotions, oils, deodorant, perfumes, or makeup the day of. These products can create a barrier that the skin is unable to adhere to.

INITIAL RINSE & FUTURE SHOWERS
Rinse at the designated time provided by your spray tan artist, to avoid overdevelopment. Your first rinse should be with lukewarm water only. rinse until the water turns clear. Avoiding loofas and washcloths will increase the longevity of your tan. It is best to use your hands in areas needed. Natural soaps and lotions that are free of sulfate, mineral oil and artificial fragrances will be the best for your glow! ABSOLUTELY NO DOVE SOAP, as it will strip your tan. For the best results, ask your spray tan artist about our sunless safe soap and extenders!
MOISTURIZATION & HYDRATION
Keeping your skin moisturized and hydrated is the key to maintaining your spray tan. Your moisturizer should be free of mineral oil and sulfates.
