Booking & Payment Policy
All appointments must be booked online, and a credit card is required to secure your time slot. Please note, this card is not charged at the time of booking—payment is due at the time of your appointment. Be prepared to provide a valid form of payment at check-in.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full service amount to the card on file.
Refund Policy
All purchases—including single sessions, packages, and retail items—are non-refundable.
Undergarment Policy
For safety and comfort, males of any age and females under 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment.
